Stanley Dale Klett, Jr. concentrates his practice in the areas of Commercial Litigation and Foreclosure and Lien Law. He is Board Certified in Business Litigation.
Stan was born in Akron, Ohio on March 21, 1959. In 1984, he was admitted to The Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
He is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he earned his B.A. in 1981 and his J.D. in 1984. He has been a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association since 1986 (Past President, 2004-2005, Board of Directors, 1999-2005), The Florida Bar (Member and Past Chairman, Liaison Committee, and Law Day Committee) and Craig S. Barnard American Inn of Court LIV since 1999 (Co-Chair, Mentoring Committee, 2002-2004).
Stan is a lecturer and author of seminar materials for National Business Institute Seminar on foreclosure issues and collections.
He is also a member of the North County Section of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, where he has been on the Board of Directors since 1994 and its Past President. He is the current Chairman, on the Board of Directors and Past Treasurer of the Lighthouse for the Blind of the Palm Beaches, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation, since 1994. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Schwarz Enterprises and is the Vice President of Friends of Abused Children, a non-profit corporation that raises funds and assists abused and neglected children.
