Rosemarie W. Guerini, Esq. was born in Boston, Massachusetts, and was raised in the quiet suburb of Milton, Massachusetts. She focuses her practice in the areas of Matrimonial and Family Law, including Divorce; Post Dissolution Actions including modifications, contempt and enforcement actions; Child Custody; Prenuptial Agreements; Appeals surrounding family law issues; Paternity Law, Dependency Law and Domestic Violence Law.)

Rosemarie graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a B.A. in 1988 and from Stetson University College of Law with a J.D. in 1997. While at the University of Massachusetts, Rosemarie spent a semester studying at the University of Seville in Spain.

Admitted to the Florida Bar in 1997, she is a member of the Family Law Section. She is also a member of the Palm Beach County Bar (North County and Young Lawyer's Sections). She has served as a court appointed Guardian Ad Litem, and is a member of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers where she serves as a Committee Co-Chair. She also sits on the Board of Directors for the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County.

Rosemarie resides in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
