Rutherford Mulhall, P.A. is pleased to announce that James G. Graver, Esq. joined the firm on October 22, 2007.   James will continue to concentrate his practice in the areas of Products Liability, Toxic Torts, Mold Litigation, Automobile Negligence, Premises Liability, Wrongful Death, Commercial Litigation, Title VII Employment Discrimination and Insurance Defense.

James was born in Alabama on September 30, 1970.  He attended Florida State University (B.A. 1993) and St. Thomas University with academic honors, including Deans List Scholar (J.D. 2002). He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2002.

He is a member of The Florida Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Palm Beach County Bar Association.

James resides with his family in Boca Raton, Florida.
